Description[]
Edgar C. Garcia wraps his legs around his opponent’s carotid artery while grabbing their leg. Then as opponent falls to the ground he twists his body creating a tornado able to rip skin, tear right through flesh and break bones.
It’s the centralized force created from immobilization of the neck and the foot, then an extreme quick twist that allows the Bone Tornado to destroy the spine. But just like a cyclone. This amazing power of destruction will create havoc on the outside while damaging nothing at its core.
