Life Ring (生命のリング, Seimei no Ringu) is a fictional object from the Tough manga series.
Description[]
The Life Rings are specially-made rings given to the combatants of the Hyper Battle Elimination Match. The point of the tournament is to keep ones ring as they steel the ring from other contestants. The winner is the one that survives and has the most rings.
Embedded into each ring is an IC chip that is linked to a central control station which allows instant access to the wearer's data.
